EASY WORLDWIDE RETURNS

NIKKI WILLIAMS accepts returns of handbags shipped worldwide.

Only items purchased through www.nikkiwilliams.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Handbags purchased through any of our physical shops or wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.

Returns of merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. You need to notify NIKKI WILLIAMS within 7 days of accepting delivery of your handbag by email hello@nikkiwilliams.com and arrange return of your handbag within 7 days.

You need to provide a "proof of purchase", which includes invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from NIKKI WILLIAMS. Handbags must be returned to NIKKI WILLIAMS to our online warehouse.

You must return the handbag unused and unworn in a NIKKI WILLIAMS dust bag, in its original condition with the original tags attached.
